FINANCE COMMITTEE
Shall study the financial needs of the Association and be responsible
for drafting an adequate annual budget. Shall review and audit all expenditures of the
Association. Shall work closely with all committees in the development of their budgets and
an orderly system for expediting their expenditures.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
 Shall plan fundraising activities, including entertainments and other social affairs relating to fundraising. Shall work closely with all other committees in raising money
 to meet program needs. Shall carry out all other duties assigned by the Executive Committee relating to Financial Development.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Shall work all year to maintain and increase the membership of
the Association; shall be responsible, on a continuous basis, for soliciting new members and
for securing renewals when necessary. Shall send out new member packets and interest
letters and maintain both electronic and postal rosters.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE 
Shall develop and
coordinate regular professional educational programs for the members of the Association.
Shall develop periodic major forums, which will benefit the larger community, as well as
members of the Association.
POLITICAL ACTION AND EDUCATION COMMITTEE
Shall be knowledgeable about legislative
issues impacting our community. This information will be used to develop strategies and tactics for the purpose of educating and promoting changes for the betterment of the Black Community. Shall collaborate with the counterparts of this Committee within the state and national organizations.

SCHOLARSHIP AND STUDENT OUTREACH COMMITTEE
Shall cooperate with other programs
to encourage a wider participation of students, parents, and teachers in obtaining better
education for Black students. Shall support the educational goals of Black students by
maintaining and developing the Association. Shall cooperate in the development of
professional educational programs for Black Workers in human service fields. Shall carry out all other duties assigned by the Executive Committee relating to education at all levels.

TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
Shall oversee, create, consult and maintain technological development (website, social media, World Wide Web services) for the organization as necessary for essential communication with the general public.
